Are your cleaners DBS checked?
Yes, absolutely. Every cleaner on the Vibe Pro platform undergoes a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check before being approved to work. We take the safety and security of your home very seriously.
What products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that are tough on dirt but safe for children, pets, and the environment. If you have specific allergies or product preferences, please let us know in your booking notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — most of our customers provide a key or door code for entry. You're welcome to stay home if you prefer, but it's not required. All cleaners are vetted and insured, so you can leave with complete peace of mind.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled clean. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. We understand things come up — just get in touch as soon as possible.
Are you insured?
Yes. Viber Pro Cleaning Ltd holds public liability insurance up to £5 million. In the unlikely event of any damage or incident during a clean, you are fully covered. Full insurance details are available on request.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payment is taken after your clean is completed, not before. For commercial clients on regular contracts, we can also arrange monthly invoicing.
